Week TWO ready to commence

With most teams in now, the UEA FC fantasy league is moving into week two with the first team at home to Staffordshire University 2's and the second team making the long haul to play Leicester DeMontford 2's.

Those people with 8M Chris Morris will be pleased as he is going with the 2s for the trip to the Midlands, and those who took the opprtunity to pack the team with the maximum 4 players will hopefully be looking at a good boost of points., what with the twos current 100% record and their stonking 5-0 victory last week.

With the firsts at home it looks good for them too, after beating last years top of the league team Oxford last week, they will be looking to get another win as to improve everyones points. Most players will be involved as now the first team captain Paul Andrews' only problem is selection decisions rather than injuries.

Good Luck for week 2 guys

M O M Mozzie proves £8M price Tag

The UEA FC Fantasy League saw a blistering start this week with the most expensive player in the game doing what Thierry Henry and Shevchenko struggled to do at the start of the season.

Mozzies Double and two assists earnt him the star man award for the third team and set him off to a flying start with 29 points. The next highest scoring strikers to this were Jeremy Pitlabo and Nick Gaskell with 14 and 12 respectively.

The closest to Mozzie was Tom Denney with 20 who earnt clean sheet points and the star man award for the 2's.

Dave Foulis's star man award for the fourths this weekend earnt him 15 points but must have been a minor conselation in their 2-2 draw at the Colney Stadium.

Bargain of the day was 3rds defender James Gould, he bagged 2 and cost a measley 4million quid.
